ATF Gaia is the largest employer of the disabled in the Seine et Marne département (77). In partnership with the Nanteau Centre for Professional and Functional Rehabilitation near Lunain, each year ATF Gaia welcomes upwards of fifty trainees. Today 75% of ATF’s technical staff has come via this route. 15% of all ATF Gaia employees are disabled workers.

Itself engaged in active support of associations, ATF Gaia has the experience and expertise to organise the availability of equipment at the end of its life for voluntary associations and humanitarian organisations, both in France and abroad, at the lowest logistical cost.

ATF Gaia facilitates and manages resale to employees
ATF Gaia has designed an on-line marketing application making equipment at the end of its life available to company employees through resale or availability for use.  With no additional cost or complexity, this platform enables ATF Gaia to directly manage the order processing logistics, payment (where applicable) and delivery to the recipient and delivery within 48 hours (time may vary).The company retains traceability all through the process.

ATF Gaia optimises the re-use of recovered equipment, whether as secondhand units or spare parts. ATF Gaia’s expertise in reconditioning and repair enables the re-use of recovered equipment, to extend the life of other equipment outside the manufacturer’s guarantee period. This approach contributes both to a reduction in costs and effectively to environmental protection by limiting the production of waste.
