Social commitment

Since its creation, ATF has used its economic performance as part of its social commitment to promote the integration of disabled persons into the workplace.  A partner for ten years of the Centre for Professional and Functional Rehabilitation in Nanteau (77), ATF works in association with the local authorities in Seine et Marne to improve access to employment for the disabled (transport and adapted housing). ATF’s success in this area is based on a strong requirement for respect and the sharing of responsibilities between all categories of personnel within the company.  In 2008, ATF created ATF Gaïa, a disability-friendly company which has made possible significant positive developments in the approach towards persons with impaired capabilities.

ATF Gaia: contributing now to the integration into work of the disabled

Michel COUTON,it technician at ATF GAIA
"At 46, after a chaotic series of jobs, I didn‘t think I would ever find employment worthy of the name with prospects for development. ATF GAIA allowed me to re-associate with the world of business in a context where importance is attached to the importance of people, without losing sight of economic performance.” “Before joining ATF I had been forced to change career direction following a serious illness. So, I went to the Centre for Professional and Functional Rehabilitation (CRPF) in Nanteau where I took a 2-year training course in office and IT equipment maintenance.  "It turned out that ATF had had a close relationship with the Nanteau CRPF for more than ten years and took on 40 to 50 trainees every year for its technical team.
In September 2008, ATF presented its ATF GAIA project to CRPF and I was one of the many who applied. Today, I have a permanent job as an IT technician at ATF GAIA. »
