Thanks to its dedicated call centre and Europe-wide logistics network, ATF Gaia provides professionals with turnkey solutions for the management of recovery or the loan of equipment to customers at the best environmental cost. 

The ATF Gaia call centre  is responsible for recovery requests and loans. This is the call centre which coordinates the necessary administration and logistics for the professional and his customer:
-    validation of the request
-    organisation of the transport
-    technical audit and conditioning- reporting
-    reporting

ON-SITE ACTIONS enable optimisation of the logistical costs of management of the obligation to take back equipment at the end of its life. ATF Gaia technicians carry out the physical installation of new equipment at the same time (including familiarity) and take advantage of their presence to immediately recondition and remove the recovered equipment. 

Europe-wide logistics give professionals the ability to respond swiftly to customer requests. The ATF Gaia network is made up of some 30 ICPE (registered environmental protection sites) approved sorting centres. These centres are responsible for the anonymisation, data wiping  and serial numbering of recovered equipment.
