“Place the individual at the centre of the company’s priorities”
Emmanuel Juglair, managing director
In 2008, ATF celebrated the tenth anniversary of its partnership with the Centre for
Professional and Functional Rehabilitation in Nanteau (77). For ten years, ATF has been synonymous with a return to the world of work for more than 50 disabled people every year.
The figures speak for themselves, More than 75% of the technical staff at ATF have come from this partnership. But the figures don’t say it all. They do not show what these persons have accomplished within our company. A number of them today hold positions of key responsibility for the operation of ATF and its economic performance. To achieve this result, we have had to look outside our own personnel. We have received support from local authorities who work with us to improve the working and living conditions of our disabled workers (transport, close proximity housing, etc.).
Within the company, this also involves creating the conditions for sharing responsibilities and a mutual respect between the different categories of personnel. We are particularly vigilant on this point because we believe that the involvement of workers in the achievement of a company’s objectives stems from the respect we show to each other.
